Project Scope
I worked as a WordPress designer and developer on this project which involved creating a single page portfolio site for a marine professional.
Design Challenges
I created a mockup for the client in Adobe XD and produced custom marine themed artwork.
The client wanted her CV and accomplishments to be easily readable and displayed as relevant icons.
I used Illustrator to create custom icons that helped to visualise some of the clients achievements in the maritime industry.

Design Rationale
It was fairly straight foward to choose a colour style and theme for this project.
Some challenges arose when finding suitable maritime images that were copyright free and approved by the client.
This was a smaller website and required a lengthy SEO strategy to help it rise up the rankings.
